At Clothory, we strive to ensure you have a great experience with every purchase. Due to the nature of our products (perfumes and fragrances), we maintain a strict but fair return policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or leaked upon delivery
You received the wrong item
To be eligible:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
You must request a return within 48 hours of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
Opened or used perfumes
Products with broken seals (not due to shipping damage)
Change of mind or personal preference (e.g., scent not liked)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order
Provide:
Order number
Clear images/video of the product
Our team will review your request and guide you further
4. Refund Policy
Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer (if applicable)
5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only if:
The product is damaged or incorrect
The replacement is subject to product availability
6. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the return shipping
Otherwise, shipping costs are non-refundable
