At Clothory, we strive to ensure you have a great experience with every purchase. Due to the nature of our products (perfumes and fragrances), we maintain a strict but fair return policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or leaked upon delivery

  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • You must request a return within 48 hours of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Products with broken seals (not due to shipping damage)

  • Change of mind or personal preference (e.g., scent not liked)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Clear images/video of the product

  3. Our team will review your request and guide you further

4. Refund Policy

  • Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer (if applicable)

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only if:

  • The product is damaged or incorrect

  • The replacement is subject to product availability

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the return shipping

  • Otherwise, shipping costs are non-refundable
